Mr. Men and Little Miss Bedroom Ideas |

Sleep cozy with Mr. Happy and Little Miss Sunshine!

I’m not entirely sure why the Mr. Men Little Miss line isn’t more popular in the US. We’re talking colorful characters teaching great life lessons. But in book form. Maybe that’s part of the challenge there?

Still, there are a lot of toddlers who would love a Mr. Men and Little Miss bedroom. It’s actually a great theme to incorporate into a shared bedroom, especially when you have mixed genders. So many colors to pull out in decor and paint that you can please every one.

I got started thinking about this when I ran into the cute duvet set from Marks and Spencer pictured here. (Not sure how I feel about the white for a toddler bed, but that’s a different issue.) We’ve got character after character – Mr. Greedy, Little Miss Somersault, Mr. Tickle, Little Miss Stubborn – lined up neatly in rows. Could be fun for playing a game of “I Spy” with before bedtime.

This duvet cover comes in comes in single and double sizes and includes the pillowcase. Note that single and double do not translate to twin and full. Single duvet size is like 53?x78?, while double is 78? square. A twin comforter in the US is more like 64?x86? (the size of the patchwork comforter below).

£25.00 – £35.00 at Marks and Spencer
